A qualified lawyer and chartered accountant, Mr Leonard is also a professional director being a Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He brings over 35 years experience in the corporate world including Lysaght (BHP), BTR Nylex and the Thompson Corporation. His numerous Board community positions include Commissioner, Victorian Multicultural Commission and Senior Advisor and Past Honorary CEO of Transparency International Australia.  Grahame’s extensive involvement in the Software Start Up industry includes his Role as Chairman of Redify resulting in a successful commercial exit.

William specialises in commercial and company law and business structuring while maintaining his extensive international connections. William presently holds directorships in a number of private companies several of which are subsidiaries of overseas companies.

David Sajfar is a key contributor to the Australian software industry. During his 20-year career with Microsoft, David was instrumental in the success of many local Australian software businesses. David’s understanding of Microsoft’s business and technology direction has been invaluable to the local Independent Software Vendors.

Following his extensive career with Microsoft, David continues to actively consult and mentor Australian technology companies in the creation of next generation Cloud based offerings.  In addition to his extensive practical experience, David has completed a Graduate Diploma in Business Computing. As expected, his hobbies include a passion for audio production, business and disruptive innovative technologies.

Anthony has been with Seera since 2016, during which time he’s had significant input to the development and success of the Seera solution, and with assisting our clients achieve their Talent Management transformation objectives.  A solid understanding of modern Cloud based technology concepts, along with his Bachelor of Business Entrepreneurship qualification, makes Anthony a valuable asset to the Seera sales and marketing team.  Anthony’s other hobbies include building & flying aircraft, and restoring vintage stationary engines.

Diego is a highly-motivated Software Engineer who is passionate in analysing technical problems and finding innovative solutions, simplifying procedures, and designing systems. He is a pioneer developer of Seera since 2015. With a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from RMIT University, he has keen interests in Cloud solutions as well as in Microsoft tools and frameworks which are dominantly used to support Seera’s software development life cycle. Aside from his profession, Diego is definitely a foodie who also enjoys playing volleyball, video games and drums.

Vishal is an ISTQB certified tester with 5 years of experience as a Software Tester, with a focus on Automation, Performance and API testing.  He also has full system development life-cycle experience, including designing, developing and implementing test plans, test execution and test automation.  Vishal holds a master’s degree in Information Technology from Federation University, and outside the office, he enjoys cooking, playing badminton, and reading.

Brent has more than 20 years’ experience in IT across a range of industries and business types. Frequently recognised for his coaching style of leadership, he brings a seasoned set of management skills to the Seera executive team, and a pragmatic and efficient attitude to his delivery role based primarily on “getting the job done with a minimum of fuss”.
